In our workshop in Brécy , we select organic dried fruits (almonds, hazelnuts, cashew nuts, etc.) which we delicately coat by hand with organic chocolate : intense dark, smooth milk chocolate or creamy white chocolate. The result: a perfect balance between crunchy and smooth , between natural and delicious.
