These general conditions of sale concern the commercial relations between Cocoripop , located in Brécy, 18220, and any natural or legal person wishing to purchase in its store or via the company's website.

1. Purpose and scope :

These general terms and conditions aim to define the terms of sale between Cocoripop and its Customers. They specify the conditions for carrying out the various stages of the sale, from placing the order and payment, to delivery of the products, and ensure the tracking of this order between the parties.

Cocoripop delivers to mainland France only. For European countries or overseas territories, please contact us.

2. The order :

The Client undertakes to provide the following information:

• Name, first name, full address, telephone number, email
• Description of the products ordered
• Quantities ordered
• Delivery address (if different from billing address)

The order becomes irrevocable after its validation:

• Either when the Customer "Clicks" to validate on the site
• Either upon receipt of the confirmation email by Cocoripop

The legal conditions for online purchasing are provided for in Articles 1124 and 488 of the Civil Code.

Cocoripop reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute or an unpaid order.

3. The price :

Prices are listed in euros, including VAT (the rate in effect at the time of ordering) and excluding shipping costs. Cocoripop reserves the right to change its prices based on price fluctuations from its suppliers or VAT.

4. Shipping costs :

Shipping costs are set according to the rates in effect at the time of the order and will be specified at the time of order confirmation.

Placing orders

On the Internet: contractual information is presented in French and is subject to confirmation including this contractual information at the latest at the time of your order validation.

Deliveries

For deliveries in France, deliveries are made by post using Colissimo without signature.

Delivery times

Cocoripop processes orders within 48 to 72 hours maximum working days from payment of the order.

A minimum shipping time of 72 hours to 7 working days is required from the dispatch of your order.

The postal services collect parcels at 12 p.m. Monday to Friday, all orders placed after this period will be processed the next day or on a working day.

Cocoripop ships your packages to the address indicated on your order form via the Colissimo postal service.

Payment terms

When finalizing your order and in order to validate it, you can choose between one of the following payment methods:

Bank card

The website www.cocoripop.fr is equipped with a secure payment module. You can pay with the following cards: CB, VISA, EUROCARD, MASTERCARD

Paypal

You can pay for your order via PayPal by selecting PayPal when choosing the payment method, going to your PayPal account and confirming the payment for the current order.

Check

You can pay by check. Your order will only be confirmed upon receipt of your check.

The date of receipt of the check gives rise to the processing of the order and its shipment.

Bank Transfer

You can pay by bank transfer. It may take 3 to 4 days for the funds to be credited to our account. Your order will only be confirmed upon receipt of your transfer. The order will be processed and shipped upon receipt of the transfer.

After-sales service

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Cocoripop of your decision to withdraw by sending it, before the expiry of the period provided for in Article L121-21, the contact form or any other unambiguous statement expressing your wish to withdraw. Cocoripop will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal without delay.

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition. Without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of communicating your decision to withdraw.

We will not be able to accept returns of products that have been opened, broken, melted or whose packaging has been damaged.

We will refund you for the product in question, including delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days from the date we were informed of your decision to withdraw. You will be responsible for the shipping and return costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

Return of package

In the event of a package being returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or the package having been placed on hold, the carrier will return the package to us. We will notify you as soon as possible. A second shipment may be made upon payment by the customer of a shipping fee of 8 euros. If the customer prefers to cancel their order, it will be refunded excluding shipping costs.

Package lost/not arrived

In the event of a lost package (La Poste or the carrier misplaced the package during delivery and the customer was never delivered), Cocoripop undertakes to send a second package at its own expense. Cocoripop will then ask the recipient to provide a sworn statement indicating non-receipt of the package with a commitment to refuse the first shipment in the event that it eventually arrives safely. This certificate will be used to file a complaint with the carrier and possibly with the police. If the second shipment does not arrive safely, Cocoripop will then refund the initial order.

Defective or damaged products

Cocoripop will carry out all necessary checks and, if necessary, will contact the customer to request any useful information or photos. Following this, Cocoripop may respond favorably or unfavorably to the customer's requests. If the response is favorable, we undertake to refund or exchange any products that appear to be damaged or faulty (return shipping is at Cocoripop's expense).

In this case, please contact our team via our website to describe the problem in detail. No returns will be accepted after one month of your order.

Order preparation error

We thank you for contacting our team to describe the problem encountered in detail. Cocoripop will carry out all necessary checks and, if necessary, contact the customer to request any useful information or photos. Following this, Cocoripop may respond favorably or unfavorably to the customer's requests. If the response is favorable: if applicable, Cocoripop will request the return at its expense of the products shipped in error. For products not received by the customer, they will either be refunded or reshipped at Cocoripop's expense.

Refund

The refund of products in the cases referred to above will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days following the date on which the right was exercised. The refund will be made by the same payment method as that used when ordering.

Cocoripop's Responsibility

The photographs and texts reproduced and illustrating the products are not contractual. Consequently, Cocoripop cannot be held liable in the event that a product may have a different packaging appearance (shape of the container, label, box) from that indicated in our electronic catalog.

Cocoripop cannot be held responsible for any damage that may result from improper use of the products offered for sale.

Intellectual property

All elements of the Cocoripop website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cocoripop. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, distribute, or use, for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual, or audio.

10. Warranty :

The products are guaranteed against hidden defects in accordance with articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

11. Data protection :

In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law of January 6, 1978, customers’ personal data is protected and used only by Cocoripop .

12. Competent court :

In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Bourges will have jurisdiction. All our sales are subject to French law.
