Our roasted cashew nuts with wild pepper are an artisanal aperitif specialty, made in France in our workshop located near Bourges.

Selected for their quality, they are slowly roasted, then seasoned with wild Madagascar pepper with intense, woody notes. A hint of organic honey gives them a lovely sweet-savory balance.

This healthy salty snack, without additives, is perfect for an original aperitif , a snack between two meals, or to accompany a cheese platter.
