Today, we're opening the doors to our sweet world to tell you about a unique skill: pan coating.
Pan coating, a traditional technique
In our workshop, coating is not done on a production line.
We use a coating pan, a traditional tool shaped like a large rotating drum. This process allows us to delicately coat each dried fruit or treat (such as almonds or hazelnuts) with a thin layer of chocolate, then gradually add more until we achieve a perfect texture and an irresistible taste.
This work requires precision, patience… and a lot of love!
Each batch is monitored, tasted, and adjusted by hand. There's no automation, just the craftsman's touch, an attentive eye, and a desire for quality.
